This aged white tea knocked my socks off and I’m pretty sure if you wear socks when you taste this tea you will experience the same thing! Everything leading up to the first sip was fairly expected, but as soon as the first drop of liquor hit my lips I was blown away. An incredibly complex sweet floral fragrance filled my senses with something close to pure joy. This tea was truly uplifting! The floral notes expected from Bai Mu Dan were present in spades, but the age had worked with them, enhancing and sweetening them. And the mouthfeel was simultaneously crisp, light and refreshing, while the age of the tea gave the liquor a thickness that allowed the flavours to linger pleasantly. Treat yourself to this delightful experience!
