Description

This Anji Bai Cha was love at first sight! This pine needle shaped dry leaf is beautiful to behold and to smell. Perfectly shaped leaves with the scent of sweet beans and fresh meadow. The first infusion delivers the expected light green liquor and an amazing sweet brew that is paradoxically, both thick and delicate. You’ll understand when you sip it. This tea continued to open as we infused it, becoming richer and more bold with each infusion but always maintained it’s delicacy and light sweetness.
