Pan fired Dian Lü highlights the fragrance and freshness of the tea, which is immediately obvious when you smell the humid leaf. It’s just bursting with fresh sunflower seed aroma and is bright and invigorating, perfect for a green tea! The liquor fragrance is much lighter and the first sips reveal why. The liquor is holding the flavour! Upon sipping it immediately springs onto the tongue with sweet, refreshing asparagus and sunflower seed notes dancing in a rich tea ‘broth’. As the first green tea of the year, Dian Lü always delights me and I hope it will delight you too.
